All lessons are delivered live via video conference with your dedicated tutor. Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, not pre-recorded lectures. You also receive access to our learning platform with materials, assignments and progress tracking between sessions.

We offer programmes from B1 (intermediate) to C2 (mastery) level. Before enrolment, you’ll complete a free 20-minute diagnostic assessment that evaluates your current CEFR level, professional context and goals. This ensures we place you in the right programme and cohort from day one.

Yes. Upon completing your programme and final assessment, you receive an Ashcroft Professional English Certificate aligned to CEFR standards. This certificate is recognised by employers worldwide and includes a detailed skills breakdown covering spoken fluency, written communication and professional vocabulary.

Most programmes require 3–5 hours per week: typically two live sessions of 60–90 minutes each, plus 1–2 hours of self-study including scenario preparation, reading and writing tasks. Our flexible scheduling means you can choose session times that fit around your professional commitments.

Absolutely. If your goals or circumstances change, you can switch programmes at the start of any new module — typically every 4 weeks. Our academic team will help you transition smoothly and ensure your new programme aligns with your updated objectives.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal. Programmes can be paid monthly or upfront with a 10% discount for full programme payment. Corporate invoicing is available for company-sponsored enrolments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
